Who we are

We know the UK system from the inside

Aspirer Education is an admissions consultancy based in Astana. We help families choose the right UK school or university, prepare a strong application, and settle in once they arrive. We also place students at universities in Europe and the UAE.

Our founder, Zholdas Onglas, took his A-levels at DLD College London, then graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a first-class BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. He went through school entry, UCAS and the student visa himself as a student from Kazakhstan, and now guides families through the same steps.

01

Student first

We start from your child's strengths, interests and goals, and only then look at schools and universities.

02

Honest advice

No one can honestly guarantee admission, so we never do. If a school or university pays us a commission, we tell you.

03

Your family stays in control

Applications, accounts and documents are always in your family's name, and you see every step.

Destinations

Where we send students

We specialise in the UK, and also advise on selected options in Europe and the UAE.

United Kingdom Our focus

World-leading universities and boarding schools, all teaching in English. Four UK universities are in the world's top 10 (QS World University Rankings 2027), and Times Higher Education has ranked Oxford the world's best university for 11 years in a row.

Bachelor's degrees take three years (four in Scotland), and most Master's degrees take one. After graduating, students can stay and work for two years on the Graduate Route.

Europe

Lower tuition in many countries: public universities in Germany, for example, charge little or no tuition.

Many Bachelor's programmes are taught in the local language, so if your child speaks German, French or another European language, we may recommend universities in that country. Most English-taught options are at Master's level, and we will tell you honestly which options suit your child.

United Arab Emirates

Several UK universities have campuses in Dubai, including the University of Birmingham, Heriot-Watt University and Middlesex University.

Students earn a UK degree closer to home, in a city one hour behind Astana.
